A storage inquiry works best when it reads like a short site brief. The checklist below shows what to include; the form under it collects the same points. You do not need a finished design — an honest description of the building, the loads and the solar array you have or plan is enough to start.
What to include
- The product or family you are asking about, with the page name
- Your site type: home, workshop, factory, farm building, office or other
- The loads you want the storage to cover, and for roughly which hours of the day or night
- Whether a solar array is already installed, and its size if you know it
- Whether the system must work during grid outages, or mainly shift solar energy to later hours
- Your country and the nearest port or city for delivery planning
Before ordering, confirm minimum order quantity and lead time for your configuration. Confirm, too, which certificates and documents you need for the exact configuration, so they can be prepared with the quotation.
